Ongoing activities
The research of MALICA consortium in 2009 focuses on the following aspects:
1. Organization of quality food chains
2. Transformation of food distribution channels
Accordingly, MALICA consortium has defined its four research activities as the followings:
(i) Case studies on geographical indication impact
(ii) Food distribution
(iii) Evaluation of Vietgap-certified enterprises
(iv) Review on food safety policy
At the same time, its activities include many projects, namely:
